Vinton construction was a subcontractor on this $15 million asphalt mill and overlay project on IH 41 from De Pere to Wrightstown. Vinton’s work consisted of new concrete pavement on the CTH U NB off Ramp, new concrete bridge approaches and Concrete repair and replacement on IH 41.
